The Trinity Knot is one of the most recognized Celtic symbols and usually signifies the Holy Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The number three is sacred to the Celts, however, and the Trinity Knot (or triquetra) predated Christianity. This knot can mean Mind, Body, Spirit or Past, Present, Future.
