The Guardian Angel From Wild Goose Studio plaque is an example of simplicity and elegance. Words have been cherished in Ireland since the first lines were carved on Ogham stones. They are celebrated in song, poetry and everyday conversation. Tradition teaches us that there have always been angels and that we all have an angel to watch over us. One who will come to us when we call. This is a thoughtful gift to celebrate the birth of a new baby.
Many of our pieces reflect our Celtic history. A rich history with stone carvings and evocative language. Others are inspired by contemporary authors, philosophers, and the moments and milestones. Each of these shapes our human experience and connect us together.
Guardian Angel From Wild Goose Studio is proudly made in Kinsale, Co. Cork, Ireland

Enjoy your whiskey to the fullest when drinking from one of these distinctive pewter vessels engraved with our Red Stag logo. My entrepreneurial journey began at age 11 in my mother's dress shop in Northern Ireland. After moving to America following a field hockey romance in 1978, I was working as a Civil Engineer in Pennsylvania. When my Dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness, I realized how difficult it was to squeeze in trips back home. Dad's illness became the catalyst for starting a business that would allow me to travel home routinely.
In February 1985, Donegal Square was born—a cultural bridge inspired by my Irish upbringing. Over the decades, my wife Linda and I have developed the shop and helped establish the Celtic Cultural Alliance and Celtic Classic Festival. Today, we've created a warm haven where visitors are "instantly transported across the Atlantic to Ireland...no passport required," offering authentic Celtic gifts in an atmosphere that feels like visiting the old country with friends.
