Glencairn Crysal is based in East Kilbride, Scotland. What once started as a small team founded by Raymond Davidson in 1981, it is now run by his two sons and a team of over 70 employees. Some of which employees have over 40 years of experience working with crystal and developing glassware designs. This includes, but is not limited to, the infamous Glencairn glass! The Glencairn glass was designed to enhance the enjoyment and aeration of whiskies ad scotches because of the shape.
