The Bethlehem Tartan was designed by our owner, Neville Gardner, in 1993. To this day it is still only woven with our permission, as it is a registered tartan.
Navy blue – St. Andrew’s coloring to represent the Scots
Bright red – the Welsh and English
Army green – the Irish
Gray background – the Moravians, indigenous of Bethlehem where we’re located
The all encompassing tartan can be seen on police or firefighters when a dress uniform is called for or when they want to share their Celtic heritage. For sure, many will be seen on both police and visitors during Celtic Fest this September! Make sure to buy your Bethlehem Tartan Kilt to represent all aspects of your heritage.
