McCarthy’s Red Stag Pub is an Irish pub located right up the stairs from our store in the heart of Bethlehem. The pub has humble origins, in fact it started as Granny McCarthy’s Tea Room in 1997. The owner, Neville Gardner, always had dreams of adding beer, whiskey, and the overall pub environment to his already great tearoom. In 2013, this vision was brought to life and the pub was born. From this, pub merchandise came about and can be purchased from Donegal Square.
