Each color represents a type of cancer and the caregivers of cancer patients.

Like all other pieces in the Bethlehem Star collection, the Hope for Life Bethlehem Star Drop Earrings were designed by Neville Gardner, Donegal Square’s owner and proprietor, in conjunction with ShanOre jewelers of Dublin, Ireland. His inspiration was the star of Bethlehem on the top of South Mountain in Bethlehem. It is an iconic and much-loved feature in the Lehigh Valley, and with his creative genius, Neville decided to honor the local community with his unique design.
